Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests promptly through friendly and efficient service
  • Execute check-out procedures for departing guests
  • Address and resolve guest issues encountered during their stay
  • Program electronic room keys and assign rooms based on guest requirements
  • Promote hotel amenities to enhance guest experience
  • Provide guests with information about room locations and coordinate assistance
  • Distribute welcome packets including room keys and tokens of appreciation
