Job Duties

- Address and resolve guest issues encountered during their stay
- Program electronic keys, allocate rooms based on guest requirements, and promote hotel amenities
- Provide guests with room information and coordinate assistance with team members
- Deliver welcome packets including room keys, gifts, and tokens of gratitude to guests
