Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
- basic computer proficiency including familiarity with reservation systems
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and register guests promptly with a friendly and professional manner
- manage the check-out process according to established procedures
- address and resolve guest issues during their stay
- code electronic room keys and assign rooms based on guest requirements
- promote hotel amenities to enhance guest experience
- provide guests with information about room locations and hotel services
- coordinate with team members to assist guests as needed
