Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
  • basic computer proficiency including familiarity with reservation systems
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests promptly with a friendly and professional manner
  • manage the check-out process according to established procedures
  • address and resolve guest issues during their stay
  • code electronic room keys and assign rooms based on guest requirements
  • promote hotel amenities to enhance guest experience
  • provide guests with information about room locations and hotel services
  • coordinate with team members to assist guests as needed
