Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience necessary

  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills including the ability to use hotel management software

Job Duties

  • Greet and register guests promptly and courteously
  • Assist guests with the check-out process efficiently
  • Address and resolve guest issues encountered during their stay
  • Code electronic room keys and assign appropriate rooms based on guest requirements
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to guests to encourage upgrades
  • Provide guests with information about their room location and ensure proper coordination for assistance
  • Prepare and distribute welcome packets including room keys and gifts to guests
