Job Duties
- Greet and register guests promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with the check-out process efficiently
- Address and resolve guest issues encountered during their stay
- Code electronic room keys and assign appropriate rooms based on guest requirements
- Promote hotel amenities and services to guests to encourage upgrades
- Provide guests with information about their room location and ensure proper coordination for assistance
- Prepare and distribute welcome packets including room keys and gifts to guests
