Job Duties

- Execute the required procedure for guests to leave the hotel premises
- Tackle guest predicaments encountered during their stay at the hotel
- Effectively code electronic keys, choose the right rooms based on requirements, and promote hotel amenities to upgrade guests
- Provide guests with pertinent details about their room location and coordinate assistance from team members to accompany them
- Ensure guests feel appreciated by delivering welcome packets including room keys, thoughtful gifts, and tokens of gratitude
