Job Duties
- Greet visitors promptly with a friendly demeanor
- register guests quickly and efficiently

- encode electronic room keys accurately
- assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences
- provide guests with information about room locations and hotel amenities
- coordinate assistance from team members to support guests
- distribute welcome packets including room keys and tokens of appreciation
