Job Requirements
- Previous experience in long term care or a retirement community preferred
- special interest in older adults and the aging population
- skilled in Microsoft Office
- ability to use internet services, email, general office equipment and communication devices
- previous cash handling experience
- proficiency in math

Job Duties
- Oversee screening procedures to ensure that everyone entering the Welcome Center is appropriately cleared to be in the facility
- answer and forward all incoming calls to the appropriate areas
- maintain and revise forms or documents as required
- organize and distribute mail to residents and departments
- maintain resident, phone, mail forwarding and staff lists as needed
- work with Business Office Manager and Staff Accountant in accepting resident payments, guest meal payments, as well as balancing and managing members cash and postage stock
