Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months - 1 year office and/or receptionist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- 6 months - 1 year office and/or receptionist experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability, data entry, and intermediate computer skills
- Strong telephone skills
- English (written and verbal) and bilingual Vietnamese/English a plus
Job Duties
- Consistent attendance is required to provide departmental stability
- Answers, screens and routes incoming calls
- Provides information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate department
- Receives and greets visitors and guests
- Maintains and schedules meeting room reservations
- Manages in/out of office personnel attendance
- Manages and prepares in/out-going mails, UPS, and FedEx
- Maintains professional demeanor at all times
- Maintains an accurate/detailed calendar of events
- Creates and/or modifies documents using Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to special projects, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Prepares a variety of material such as interoffice communications, correspondence, and maintains records for the CEO
- Assists with preparing for meetings or events as needed
