Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months - 1 year office and/or receptionist experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Reliable and consistent attendance

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months - 1 year office and/or receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability, data entry, and intermediate computer skills
  • Strong telephone skills
  • English (written and verbal) and bilingual Vietnamese/English a plus

Job Duties

  • Consistent attendance is required to provide departmental stability
  • Answers, screens and routes incoming calls
  • Provides information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate department
  • Receives and greets visitors and guests
  • Maintains and schedules meeting room reservations
  • Manages in/out of office personnel attendance
  • Manages and prepares in/out-going mails, UPS, and FedEx
  • Maintains professional demeanor at all times
  • Maintains an accurate/detailed calendar of events
  • Creates and/or modifies documents using Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to special projects, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Prepares a variety of material such as interoffice communications, correspondence, and maintains records for the CEO
  • Assists with preparing for meetings or events as needed
