Job Requirements
- H S diploma or equivalent
- Less than 1 year experience in a business setting answering multiple line phone systems and performing general clerical duties or customer service position
- Ability to communicate clearly, politely, accurately and tactfully
- Can manage and screen telephone calls and deal with multiple calls simultaneously
- Able to operate basic office equipment including typewriter or keyboard
- Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- Flexible to work variable shifts with weekend availability as needed

Job Duties
- Performs reception duties including greeting visitors and assisting patients and employees
- Manages multi-line telephone systems by answering, screening, transferring calls, and taking messages
- Processes incoming mail by opening, dating, sorting, and distributing it to appropriate departments
- Performs general clerical tasks such as filing, collating, stuffing envelopes, and typing where necessary
- Provides escorts and wayfinding assistance to visitors and patients including wheelchair transport and equipment sanitizing as needed
- Facilitates communication between internal departments while maintaining a professional and warm organizational image
- Supports visitation needs and other departmental assistance as assigned
