Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience in healthcare or strong customer service background
- Passion for improving patient experiences and care
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to undergo Tuberculosis screening as part of patient-facing role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers considered
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Experience with value-based care model preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Accommodate visitors promptly, courteously, and accurately
- Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone system
- Maintain long distance call logs and visitor logs
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Issue visitor passes and alert appropriate parties of visitor arrival
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, and handling courier packages
- Respond to routine inquiries about the organization
