Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers considered
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette required
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Must be passionate about improving patient experiences
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming and outgoing telephone calls using a multi-line switchboard
  • Greet visitors and issue visitor passes while maintaining visitor logs
  • Respond to routine inquiries and provide accurate information regarding office operations
  • Take and distribute accurate messages
  • Book meeting rooms and manage scheduling
  • Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handle courier packages and other administrative clerical tasks
  • Maintain long distance call logs and operate communication equipment efficiently
