Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers considered
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Must be passionate about improving patient experiences
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer incoming and outgoing telephone calls using a multi-line switchboard
- Greet visitors and issue visitor passes while maintaining visitor logs
- Respond to routine inquiries and provide accurate information regarding office operations
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Book meeting rooms and manage scheduling
- Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle courier packages and other administrative clerical tasks
- Maintain long distance call logs and operate communication equipment efficiently
