Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of relevant office experience
- strong verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to handle confidential information
- knowledge of QMS reporting and record keeping
- punctual and reliable
- able to lift 15 pounds
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident or authorization to work under ITAR regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent in job experience
- fluent in verbal English
- two or more years’ experience in a professional office environment
- excellent verbal communication skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- knowledge of Quality Management System basic reporting and record keeping
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle confidential information
- excellent phone manners
Job Duties
- Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and candidates
- manage badges and direct guests
- answer and route incoming calls
- take clear, accurate messages
- maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and conference rooms
- support office operations including copying, scanning, filing, data entry, mail and package handling
- assist with scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and basic calendar support
- monitor and order office supplies
- coordinate with vendors as needed
- support HR administrative tasks as requested
- review and validate labor-tracker hours with department supervisors for accuracy
- provide cross-functional administrative support to departments
