Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • two plus years’ experience in a professional office environment
  • fluent in verbal English
  • proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • must be detail oriented and extremely organized
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • excellent phone manners
  • ability to handle confidential information
  • knowledge of quality management system basic reporting and record keeping
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to lift 15 pounds
  • able to sit for prolonged periods
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident or eligible for ITAR authorization

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and candidates
  • manage badges and direct guests
  • answer and route incoming calls
  • take clear, accurate messages
  • maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and conference rooms
  • support office operations including copying, scanning, filing, data entry, mail and package handling
  • assist with scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and basic calendar support
  • monitor and order office supplies
  • coordinate with vendors as needed
  • support HR administrative tasks as requested
  • review and validate labor-tracker hours with department supervisors for accuracy
  • provide cross-functional administrative support to departments
