- professional appearance and work ethic
- able to work evenings Monday through Thursday and full days Friday and Saturday
- pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug testing

Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette
- direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary
