Job Requirements

  • must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • must have at least one year of general work experience
  • must possess a valid and current Texas driver’s license
  • drug and alcohol testing required
  • motor vehicle record (MVR) and criminal background checks required
  • must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • provides customer services
  • answers the telephone and greets visitors
  • provides information and assistance
  • refers to appropriate personnel
  • takes messages and makes appointments
  • maintains reporting and visitors log
  • receives and processes incoming mail
  • prepares daily cash reports
  • files documents as needed
  • performs any other duties as assigned
