Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time during business hours 7:30am-4:30pm
- strong customer service orientation
- familiarity with multi-line phone systems is a plus
- bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations
- monitor and order office supplies as needed, refill supplies as needed
- assist other departments with various tasks as requested
