Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Able to manage busy, multi-line switchboard
- Strong proficiency with MS Office 365
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be at work and on switchboard promptly at the beginning of scheduled shift
- Regular and punctual attendance

Job Duties
- Maintains a high level of customer service and confidentiality at all times
- Answers phones and transfer calls to the appropriate associates
- Updates and maintains company phone list and monthly activity calendar
- Accepts and signs for packages and distributes mail daily
- Maintains a neat and professional appearance of the reception and lobby area at all times
- Places weekly office supply orders and manages storage logs
- Assists with onboarding new associates and updates orientation manuals
