Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Able to manage busy, multi-line switchboard
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office 365
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must be at work and on switchboard promptly at the beginning of scheduled shift
  • Regular and punctual attendance

Job Duties

  • Maintains a high level of customer service and confidentiality at all times
  • Answers phones and transfer calls to the appropriate associates
  • Updates and maintains company phone list and monthly activity calendar
  • Accepts and signs for packages and distributes mail daily
  • Maintains a neat and professional appearance of the reception and lobby area at all times
  • Places weekly office supply orders and manages storage logs
  • Assists with onboarding new associates and updates orientation manuals
