- Six months in an office environment
- General knowledge of accepted business telephone etiquette
- Superior computer knowledge and skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Provides supportive assistance for communications by utilizing the telephone system
- Provides reception service to guests
- Performs delegated functions as appropriate to the position
- Fulfills responsibilities to the facility in adherence to philosophy and general policy
- Demonstrates competency in skills and knowledge pertinent to the function of receptionist
- Utilizes paging equipment to contact facility personnel, as requested
