Job Requirements
- Previous front desk experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to follow security protocols
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment
- Computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Experience with switchboard operation and telephone etiquette
Job Duties
- Properly greets and handles visitors with a smile and maintains eye contact
- Addresses guests and clients by name whenever possible
- Answers telephones in a friendly, professional manner
- Takes messages with accuracy and appropriately handles or refers questions and requests
- Handles on-floor conference room activities including reservations, meeting times, attendees, food and beverage orders
- Implements established security policies regarding arriving and departing visitors, contractors, and delivery persons
- Acts as a hospitality services resource providing way-finding and amenities information
- Handles car service requests for visitors and staff members
- Communicates requests to internal support departments such as building maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mail room
- Performs other duties as assigned
