Job Requirements

  • Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and working within an office environment preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient multitasking, prioritization, and excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google
  • Ability to schedule, provide follow-up and assist others professionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate incoming calls
  • Greeting visitors and residents warmly and direct them appropriately
  • Support Office Manager with required administrative tasks
  • Assist with resident maintenance requests
  • Manage transportation schedule
  • Ensure a constant stock of brochures, welcome packets, and related materials is readily available
  • Comply with visitor management system and ensure visitors wear name tags
