Job Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and working within an office environment preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Proficient multitasking, prioritization, and excellent time management skills
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google
- Ability to schedule, provide follow-up and assist others professionally
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate incoming calls
- Greeting visitors and residents warmly and direct them appropriately
- Support Office Manager with required administrative tasks
- Assist with resident maintenance requests
- Manage transportation schedule
- Ensure a constant stock of brochures, welcome packets, and related materials is readily available
- Comply with visitor management system and ensure visitors wear name tags
