Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer-facing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Availability during lobby hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs especially Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and task oriented
  • Ability to thrive in an environment that encourages innovation and extreme ownership
  • Prior customer-facing experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional environment in the lobby during working hours
  • Work with customers across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and in-person
  • Facilitate business needs such as scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support multiple departments with administrative and auxiliary tasks
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other programs to assist with data and communication
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between teams and visitors
