Job Duties
- Greets all residents, team members, and guests in a professional manner and directs them to the appropriate location
- answers incoming telephone calls cheerfully, determines the purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
- performs all duties and responsibilities with a positive attitude
- receives inquiries and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures
- assists with screening and registering visitors to the community
- notifies appropriate personnel if suspicious behavior is observed
- assists with the processing of work-orders for residents, ensuring information is communicated to the correct department
- maintains campus calendar production and distribution
- maintains and sorts assigned mail for the mailroom
- supports guest room reservation system and check-ins
- assists with scheduling resident transportation including doctor’s visits and events
- delivers a memorable first impression of hospitality
- maintains high-level communication and feedback to ensure timely information passing
- communicates challenges, complaints or service difficulties to immediate supervisor
- meets department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
- complies with all OSHA safety regulations and applicable local laws related to health, safety, or environment
