Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage the community's phone and paging system with accuracy
- Direct calls and questions to the appropriate team members
- Ensure all guests sign in/out and follow safety procedures
- Assist residents with requests and guide them to the proper channels
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Assist with ordering and managing office supplies
- Receive payments and issue receipts
- Schedule transportation requests for medical appointments
- Perform general office duties (copying, filing, faxing, etc.)
- Support resident activities and events when needed
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Support coworkers with additional tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and promptly report concerns
