Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or similar customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and tact

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and operational needs
