Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and operational needs
