Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
  • manage meeting room schedules and visitor logistics
  • coordinate food orders and light catering for meetings as needed
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready front office and shared spaces
  • support basic administrative tasks and office coordination as needed
  • assist with general office operations to ensure a smooth daily workflow
