Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license
  • strong phone contact handling skills
  • excellent computer skills
  • comfortable with making outbound calls
  • patient and empathetic communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

  • Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
  • manage incoming calls
  • handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • follow up to ensure resolution
  • keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • file documents
