Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or dealership experience is preferred
- bilingual (Spanish-English) applicants encouraged
- must have excellent organizational skills
- able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
- proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- strong communication skills, verbal and written
- ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- reliable and strong work ethic
- professional appearance is necessary

Job Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly
- answer and direct incoming calls
- provide customers with company information such as store hours/location and answer other general inquiries
- input customer data into customer management system
- accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner
- work directly with store management in controlling customer flow
- other duties assigned by management
