Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience in a responsible administrative or reception role
  • demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • strong customer service skills
  • proven accuracy with detail-oriented work
  • ability to multitask and shift between varying responsibilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel including Excel data entry
  • comfort with scanning and other office software systems
  • strong focus on data entry and accuracy

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors, staff, volunteers, and guests with a joyful, cheerful, and professional demeanor
  • answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • maintain front desk safety and security by being alert to who is coming and going
  • provide administrative support to Central Services departments
  • process daily mail and create the daily check log
  • perform data entry, scanning, and filing including Excel-based tasks
  • handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • work independently during quieter periods and manage high-volume activity during busy times
  • assist with Volunteer Service
