Job Duties

  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Greet and receive visitors with courtesy and friendliness
  • Maintain a well-organized front desk, ensuring it is operational by 8:00 AM
  • Ensure completion and submission of timecards every Monday
  • Report timecard discrepancies to HR
  • Place weekly office supply orders and restock breakroom supplies daily
  • Send, receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them using a centralized telephone console
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling applicants and data entry
  • Update seating charts, approve meetings, distribute incoming faxes
  • Coordinate employee birthday and Christmas card initiatives
  • Support safety council training setup
  • Run monthly billing reports and provide them to management
  • Monitor job cost and purchase order reports for accuracy and cleanup
