Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service or dealership experience is a preferred
  • must have excellent organizational skills
  • able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
  • proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • reliable and strong work ethic
  • professional appearance is necessary

Job Duties

  • Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly
  • answer and direct incoming calls
  • provide customers with company information such as store hours/location and answer other general inquiries
  • input customer data into customer management system
  • accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner
  • work directly with store management in controlling customer flow
  • other duties assigned by management
