- prior experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- answer high volumes of incoming calls, texts, and emails and route them appropriately
- manage a busy front desk with efficiency and poise
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room use
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- support various administrative tasks such as data entry, document prep, and office supply management
- collaborate with loan officers and support staff to ensure seamless client service
