Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related office or receptionist experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner, Teams, and SharePoint

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff
  • Support student arrival, dismissal, and transportation dispatch needs as assigned
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
  • take and relay accurate messages as needed
  • Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and ensure adherence to security and safety protocols
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • prepare outgoing mail and shipments
  • Coordinate bulk copy and lamination requests
  • monitor and maintain supplies for copiers, printers, and the laminator
  • Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate service calls or repairs
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception and mail areas
  • Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the School Office Manager and other departments as assigned
  • Support a positive image of the organization through professional communication and presentation
  • Monitor and order general office supplies
  • Generate purchase orders for vendor invoices related to supplies, postage, and equipment leases
