Job Requirements
- Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
- Flexible scheduling, position may include weekends and holidays
- California Driver's License
- Reception/office experience preferred

Job Duties
- Answers, screens, routes and directs all incoming and internal telephone calls, messages and information, including staff mobile phone calls, walkie-talkies, and emergency calls
- Greet, assist and direct residents, guests and vendors
- Maintain, assist with, or administer: office files, resident files, marketing materials, admission packets, rosters, menu and database updates, incoming and outgoing mail and services, all logbooks, transportation schedules, etc.
- Oversees, administers and communicates all security and emergency systems and 911 calls
- Monitor resident activity in front lobby, control flow of traffic, monitor first impression items, and ensure residents unable to leave facility unassisted do not leave without assistance
- Secretarial and administrative support for Administrator and Coordinators
- Other duties as may be assigned
