Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic math skills
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms, internal systems such as the HUB, Google Maps, FTD, Harmons website, and Card Isle
Knowledge of a wide variety of flowers and their seasonality
Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays with varied shifts
Ability to stand, walk, bend throughout the entire work day
Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 30 pounds
Excellent communication skills
Must enjoy working with floral products
Positive attitude and integrity

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
Ensures the quality and freshness of all fresh floral products and services provided by the Distribution Center lobby
Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the Distribution Center lobby
Assists stores with fulfilling special orders
Assists with phone, email, text, online, FTD, and in person orders
Orders office and other supplies for the Distribution Center lobby area
Assists with quarterly inventory at the Distribution Center
Ensures the Distribution Center lobby is cleaned daily and meets the company standards for appearance
Delivers excellent customer service to all customers
Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Sets a professional and positive example to others
Assists as needed to ensure the success of the Distribution Center as a whole
