Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year office experience
- Two years medical office experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Ability to operate office equipment such as keyboard photocopier telephone and calculator
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform bending stooping and stretching
- Good hearing and eyesight to prepare and communicate reports
- Must comply with all State and Federal regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish required
- One year office experience
- Two years medical office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide superior patient care services treating all patients and guests with compassion and respect
- Greet all patients and guests with a smile and helpful manner
- Communicate effectively with patients guests colleagues and physicians
- Provide patients with necessary instructions or directions
- Process patient documentation and update patient demographics with accuracy
- Triage incoming calls promptly and pleasantly review phone messages return calls timely or direct messages appropriately
- Verify insurance and determine if prior authorizations or referrals are required
- Close out daily batches promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting room and work area
- Travel to surrounding offices to provide front desk coverage as needed
- Adhere to organizational policies procedures ethics and patient confidentiality
- Comply with all State and Federal regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
