Job Duties
- Assisting fans with questions
- Manage front office voicemail and distribute to appropriate staff
- Manage UPS/FedEx/USPS pickup and deliveries
- Welcome fans into the front office with great customer service
- Answering phone calls for the front office and distributing calls as needed
- Managing the Woodpecker email account
- Knowledge in what is going on at Segra Stadium to answer as many questions as possible from phone calls
- Managing lost and found items during business hours
- Assist various departments in projects as needed but not limited to stuffing envelopes, filing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
