Job Requirements
- must be a high school graduate or equivalent with ged
- medical terminology preferred
- minimum of two years clerical experience including proficiency with microsoft windows
- at least two years of customer service experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and work independently
- must attend and pass patient access services training with a score of 90 percent or better

Job Duties
- process registrations for family birthing center and nicu inpatients outpatients and observation patients
- conduct professional patient interviews obtaining demographic financial and biographical information
- greet patients families physicians guests and staff
- support infant security as first line agent
- ensure delivery of quality performance and service excellence
- adhere to parkview health standards of behavior
- maintain accurate and timely registration records
