Job Requirements

  • Must be physically present in the Lexington office
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM
  • Energetic and self-motivated individual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Service-minded and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Manages the front desk greeting and directing visitors to ensure a positive first impression of Gray
  • Handles incoming calls and correspondence providing prompt and courteous service
  • Maintains an organized and efficient reception area that reflects the Gray brand
  • Performs front desk administrative support including updating voice greetings preparing monthly support schedules coordinating meetings updating welcome sign and guidebook
  • Supports marketing events and operations via scheduling data entry invoicing communication digital asset uploads and meal/catering coordination
