Job Requirements
- Must be physically present in the Lexington office
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Service-minded and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Manages the front desk greeting and directing visitors to ensure a positive first impression of Gray
- Handles incoming calls and correspondence providing prompt and courteous service
- Maintains an organized and efficient reception area that reflects the Gray brand
- Performs front desk administrative support including updating voice greetings preparing monthly support schedules coordinating meetings updating welcome sign and guidebook
- Supports marketing events and operations via scheduling data entry invoicing communication digital asset uploads and meal/catering coordination
