Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct caller to appropriate department or individual, or take a thorough message if needed
- Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicate with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner
- Perform other duties as requested by management
