Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of a high school education diploma or GED
  • two years of related experience required
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask
  • intermediate typing skills
  • strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • detail-oriented
  • telephone skills and knowledge of privacy laws
  • knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and maintaining confidentiality of protected health information
  • must have a fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
  • if driving on agency time, valid Arizona driver’s license and appropriate liability insurance required
  • staff providing support services must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of related experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting, doctor’s office, or similar environment
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • intermediate typing skills
  • proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • detail-oriented
  • knowledge of privacy laws and HIPAA
  • fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one
  • bilingual Spanish is a plus
