Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of a high school education diploma or GED
- two years of related experience required
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to multitask
- intermediate typing skills
- strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- strong interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented
- telephone skills and knowledge of privacy laws
- knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and maintaining confidentiality of protected health information
- must have a fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
- if driving on agency time, valid Arizona driver’s license and appropriate liability insurance required
- staff providing support services must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of related experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting, doctor’s office, or similar environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- intermediate typing skills
- proficiency with MS Office Suite
- strong interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented
- knowledge of privacy laws and HIPAA
- fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one
- bilingual Spanish is a plus
