Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferably some previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
- Proficient with multi-line phone system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
Job Duties
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations
- Maintain visitor sign-in log
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
- Maintain and tidy the reception area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator
- Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information
- Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information
