Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure risks
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient facing role preferred

- Ability to perform basic administrative tasks

- Familiarity with safety and confidentiality protocols
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report to center management identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes through approved procedures
