Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure risks
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient facing role preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic administrative tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with safety and confidentiality protocols

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report to center management identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes through approved procedures
