Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Compliance with prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Minimum one year experience working in a customer or patient-facing role

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain an orderly filing system and purge records as needed
- Report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes through approved procedures
