Job Requirements

  • no prior security experience necessary
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform patrol duties
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • reliable transportation or means to commute
  • good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is an asset but not required
  • strong observation and communication skills
  • ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • customer service orientation
  • basic understanding of security principles
  • willingness to undergo training and certification

Job Duties

  • Monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • patrol various locations to enforce site regulations
  • enforce directives related to personnel, visitors, and the property
  • provide customer service and information to clients' employees and visitors
  • preserve order and intervene in incidents as necessary
  • report and document any irregularities or safety concerns
  • collaborate with management and emergency responders when required
