Job Requirements
- no prior security experience necessary
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform patrol duties
- legal authorization to work in the country
- reliable transportation or means to commute
- good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is an asset but not required
- strong observation and communication skills
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- customer service orientation
- basic understanding of security principles
- willingness to undergo training and certification
Job Duties
- Monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment
- patrol various locations to enforce site regulations
- enforce directives related to personnel, visitors, and the property
- provide customer service and information to clients' employees and visitors
- preserve order and intervene in incidents as necessary
- report and document any irregularities or safety concerns
- collaborate with management and emergency responders when required
