Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
  • Must be criminally cleared
  • Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for most of the day
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening

Job Duties

  • Serve as the welcoming host and first face of the community
  • Answer or find answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person or by telephone
  • Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks
  • Ensure phone calls are answered timely and professionally
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
  • Frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
  • Perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping as required
