Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
 - high school diploma or equivalent
 - clear verbal and written communication skills
 - ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
 - positive and energetic attitude
 - professional in appearance and conduct
 - ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
 - must be criminally cleared
 - good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
 - ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop most of the day

Job Duties
- Be the "First Face" of the community
 - provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
 - answer questions or help find answers for residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person or by telephone
 - assist the administrative team with assigned tasks
 - ensure phone calls are answered promptly and professionally
 - greet and direct visitors
 - manage front desk operations efficiently
