Job Requirements
- At least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem solving skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
- Criminal background clearance
- Good health verified by health screening within 6 months before or 7 days after employment
- Free from pulmonary tuberculosis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop most of the day
- Ability to retrieve items from storage including overhead bins or cabinets

Job Duties
- Be the first face of the community, providing a welcoming host experience
- Answer or help find answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person or by telephone
- Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks
- Ensure phone calls are answered timely and professionally
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
- Perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
