Job Requirements

  • At least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem solving skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
  • Criminal background clearance
  • Good health verified by health screening within 6 months before or 7 days after employment
  • Free from pulmonary tuberculosis
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop most of the day
  • Ability to retrieve items from storage including overhead bins or cabinets

  • Answer or help find answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person or by telephone
  • Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks
  • Ensure phone calls are answered timely and professionally
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
  • Frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
  • Perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
