Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in receptionist, dispatcher, administrative assistant, customer service, or call center role
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
- Ability to learn web-based scheduling and CRM software
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM on-site with some flexibility and overtime
- Ability to perform light filing and occasional lifting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a receptionist, dispatcher, administrative assistant, customer service, or call center role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with web-based scheduling or CRM tools
- Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or insurance claims is a plus
Job Duties
- Answer inbound calls
- greet walk-ins
- deliver five-star customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Enter new leads/First Notice of Loss (FNOLs) accurately
- verify details and document all communications
- Dispatch and schedule production teams
- coordinate on-call rotations
- adjust routes as priorities change
- Track jobs/Work In Progress (WIP)
- follow up on estimates and customer communications
- flag bottlenecks early
- Coordinate logistics (materials, access, vendor visits) to keep projects on time
- Provide general office support (email, filing, collections, data entry) and other duties as needed
