Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume work environment
  • ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong multi-tasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume work environment
  • general understanding of the television industry and its key players
  • previous experience in a reception, hostess, or related role is preferred
  • professional demeanor and team-oriented
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • strong multi-tasking abilities
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • resourceful and well-organized

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors upon arrival and notify the appropriate parties
  • offer drinks and snacks to guests
  • ensure conference rooms are tidy and stocked with refreshments
  • order and maintain refreshments and snacks
  • ensure reception and common areas are safe and clean by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
  • maintain security protocols for external guests
  • answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • update and manage the daily visitor log
  • assist guests during in-house events as needed
  • report any workplace services-related repairs or requests
  • capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
