Job Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Prior experience in a customer-facing, receptionist, or office support role preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact by warmly welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately, ensuring a positive and professional office experience
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, efficiently screening and routing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain building security protocols by monitoring visitor access, issuing passes, and supporting appointment scheduling as needed
- Support office operations through ordering, receiving, and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support across departments, including preparing documents, maintaining records, coordinating appointments, and assembling materials or packages
